Three Methods to Solve the Monochrome Problem of Heat Transfer Vinyl
Nowadays, besides the color spray vinyl, the heat transfer vinyl on the market is dominated by spot color, but in some personalized clothing patterns, sometimes monochrome can not meet the demand. Therefore, it is necessary to use the chromatography technique of heat transfer vinyl, color-matching and hot stamping to increase the color of the pattern. So how to solve the monotony of the heat transfer vinyl? In fact, we can change the monochrome into polychromatic by the way of the heat transfer vinyl color-matching. Transfer2paper introduce three methods of heat transfer vinyl color stamping.
The first method is to make the pattern and set the two patterns before hot stamping. In the computer graphics software, two patterns are drawn out, the corresponding patterns are carved with two colors of products respectively, and then fixed with low-stick positioning paper (if necessary, the anti-sticking surface of the separating film is fixed with transparent glue), so that the printing can be done directly. This method can be applied to the cross-printing and multi-color cross-printing of various products. Disadvantage: Relative efficiency is low and waste is high.
The second method is two times pressing and blanching (superposition method). That is to say, two corresponding patterns are made, one is hot-stamped, the other is hot-stamped after cooling and tearing off.
The third method is color-tracing and mapping. If all kinds of sublimation plus spot color hot stamping are on the market now, we should overprint all kinds of rendering effect maps on the patterns that have been sublimated and hot stamped. (Special hint: For products of type separation, try not to choose two times of hot stamping process (superposition process). Because the off-form surface and the adhesive layer are mutually exclusive.
